Everybody has a mobile phone, and many of us use social media to communicate. Technology has extended our lifespan and increased our productivity. In the field of science, technology has been a game changer, and without technology there would be no development in fields of science like medicine and health. All of us have cell phones that provide us with information at the appropriate time. In practically every area of our lives, technology has brought about change. All of this is fantastic for us, but we are growing overly reliant on technology.

We don’t know how we would manage without a laptop, a cell phone, or even a TV remote. Everyone is familiar with Facebook’s story of bringing long-lost people back together and making friends out of strangers. All we need to do is acknowledge our excessive dependence and home-based careers ensure that our lives are somewhat balanced. We no longer need to be familiar with faces and names. You need to provide a service level that the customers expect because with the web shops out there and Amazon and eBay, these are the people that are looking at what consumers want.

I believe mobile phones have become one of the most important tools that exist in the world today, and people will take their mobile phone with them to the toilet. Therefore, before a customer purchases anything from us, we must ensure that they can locate us and that it is appealing to them. They are evolving into consumers who use websites to research products before making a purchase, making them somewhat more difficult to close deals with.

Because Amazon, eBay, and other online retailers are the ones who are looking at what customers want, you must provide a level of service that they expect. Streaming services that offer instant access to enormous collections of films, music, and TV series have completely changed the entertainment industry. On-demand viewing that accommodates individual schedules has replaced the days of having to travel to rental stores or wait for a set broadcast time. Entertainment has been revolutionized by streaming services that provide instant access to vast libraries of movies, music, and television shows.

We cannot undervalue the importance of technology in our society in this day and age. Let’s balance our human lives and make sensible use of technology. When utilizing technology in our daily lives, we must be more watchful and cautious. Virtual reality is really thrilling. Big data and trends in the IT industry have been discussed. What about privacy and security? We want total anonymity as users. We want no one to be able to follow us or figure out what we’re doing.
